  • Everyone can read it

A projector, not a laptop screen three people crowd around.

  • Two wireless microphones

Duets work properly and nobody is tied to the equipment table.

  • Ready to sing

We connect and test the speaker, microphones, projector and karaoke access before the event.

Questions about karaoke setup hire? Here are the things worth knowing.

Ask us directly
Can we add our own songs?
Yes, anything on YouTube can be queued alongside the library.
Do we need a dark room?
It helps, but the projector is bright enough for a normally lit room in the evening.
Do you deliver to my town?
We deliver across the Macedon Ranges and up to 50km from our Kyneton depot, including Woodend, Gisborne, Romsey, Lancefield, Malmsbury, Trentham, Daylesford, Macedon, Mount Macedon, Riddells Creek, Castlemaine and Kilmore. Delivery is free within 15km; beyond that a flat fee applies, shown before you confirm.
Is setup included?
Yes. We deliver, set the equipment up, show you how to run it, and come back to pack it down. You are not left with a pile of gear and a manual.
What if I find it cheaper somewhere else?
Send us the written quote and we will beat it by 5% under our Price Beat Guarantee, provided it is a genuine like-for-like quote for the same dates and delivery address. Full terms are on our Price Beat Guarantee page.
