What do you take care of?
We help you choose the equipment, deliver it, set it up and show you how to use it. We arrange pack-down and collection with you. Tell us about the venue, your date and what you have in mind so we can confirm the right setup.
Is delivery included in the price?
Setup is included. Delivery is free in Kyneton and within 15km of our depot; a delivery fee applies further out. Check the delivery guide for your town. We confirm the final fee for your address before you book.
Can I see prices before getting in touch?
Yes. Equipment and package prices are listed on our pricing page, with hire durations and inclusions. Furniture, tableware and bespoke styling depend on the event, so those are quoted separately.
How does the Price Beat Guarantee work?
Send us an eligible written quote before your booking is confirmed. It must cover equivalent equipment, the same dates and delivery address, including delivery, setup and GST. We beat qualifying quotes by 5%. Full conditions and exclusions are on our Price Beat Guarantee page.
Does sending an enquiry reserve my date?
An enquiry starts the conversation. We check the equipment and date, confirm the details and explain how to secure the booking. Your date is not reserved simply by sending the form.
Do you only serve Kyneton?
We are based in Kyneton and deliver up to 50km from our depot, including Woodend, Gisborne, Castlemaine and Daylesford. Check our service areas and tell us your address so we can confirm delivery.
