Tableware & Styling hire — questions

Do we have to wash everything?
No. Scrape and stack it and we take care of cleaning.
What if something breaks?
A small amount of breakage is expected and built in. Significant loss is charged at replacement cost, which we set out in the hire agreement.
Do you deliver to my town?
We deliver across the Macedon Ranges and up to 50km from our Kyneton depot — including Woodend, Gisborne, Romsey, Lancefield, Malmsbury, Trentham, Daylesford, Macedon, Mount Macedon, Riddells Creek, Castlemaine, Kilmore and Sunbury. Delivery is free within 15km; beyond that a flat fee applies, shown before you confirm.
Is setup included?
Yes. We deliver, set the equipment up, show you how to run it, and come back to pack it down. You are not left with a pile of gear and a manual.
What if I find it cheaper somewhere else?
Send us the written quote and we will beat it by 5% under our Price Beat Guarantee, provided it is a genuine like-for-like quote for the same dates and delivery address. Full terms are on our Price Beat Guarantee page.
