What do you hang it from?

We assess the space on arrival — a beam, rafter or our own stand. Send a photo of the room when you book and we will confirm in advance.

How much ceiling height do I need?

Around 2.6m or more works best. Lower is possible but the spread is reduced — tell us your ceiling height and we will advise.

Do you deliver to my town?

We deliver across the Macedon Ranges and up to 50km from our Kyneton depot — including Woodend, Gisborne, Romsey, Lancefield, Malmsbury, Trentham, Daylesford, Macedon, Mount Macedon, Riddells Creek, Castlemaine, Kilmore and Sunbury. Delivery is free within 15km; beyond that a flat fee applies, shown before you confirm.

Is setup included?

Yes. We deliver, set the equipment up, show you how to run it, and come back to pack it down. You are not left with a pile of gear and a manual.
