Do you provide the food?
We set up the picnic itself. Catering can be arranged separately, tell us what you have in mind.
What if it rains?
We will move to a sheltered location or reschedule. We watch the forecast and contact you the day before.
Do you deliver to my town?
We deliver across the Macedon Ranges and up to 50km from our Kyneton depot, including Woodend, Gisborne, Romsey, Lancefield, Malmsbury, Trentham, Daylesford, Macedon, Mount Macedon, Riddells Creek, Castlemaine and Kilmore. Delivery is free within 15km; beyond that a flat fee applies, shown before you confirm.
Is setup included?
Yes. We deliver, set the equipment up, show you how to run it, and come back to pack it down. You are not left with a pile of gear and a manual.
What if I find it cheaper somewhere else?
